Time to start the Hall Of Fame?

We've got a full decade behind us now, anyone else think it's time to start a HOF?

I'm always happy to see a HOF, but I don't see how it is possible until a generation has retired. I think twenty seasons is sort of the minimum.[Edited on 9-22-2010 by usmc1]
