Since when can we move cities?

The Brooklyn Kings are now the Milwaukee Kings. I didnt know we can move cities in this league.

Teams are randomly assigned to any open cities in the new division. Most of the time it is a different city than the previous division.

The feature has been around for a long time. At some point, Tyson enabled changing cities because of the popularity of the new team/new city feature.
