I'm going to finagle some ties and run the playoff series generation code several times. If you see anything out of the ordinary during the next 20 minutes or so, that is what's going on.

Ok, it looks good. I ran a bunch of tests and the code behaved. I ended up leaving the the 3 way tie in the AL. I may do the same next season.

IDK how it normally works in ASL, but the draft class is not yet up.
