How is this possible since players on waivers can't be claimed prior to April 1st and the league date is March 31st ?

There are several players on the ASL waiver wire, 9 hitters and 5 pitchers, who have waiver wire claims dated April 6th.How is this possible since players on waivers can't be claimed prior to April 1st and the league date is March 31st ?

how long is the waiver period? Conway was waived on march 30.
