i think pittsburgh is the least popular city. in short term beta it was the one no one wanted so it became the public team, and it seems to always be one of the last ones filled.

Mine are: Washington Baltimore, Brooklyn. I always have 1 of each team. I think this year i have a NY(AL) team instead of bro (there was no bro left) and 2 baltimore teams and on washington teams, because ME signed up one of my teams so we could be in the same league, and forgot to make my team Washington.
