We have two owners in the 400 Club who would like to swap teams to another league. Tyson said this was okay. We just started a new term and they are unhappy with the tanking penalty/lottery we have in the league and would like to move elsewhere.

We still have 18.5 seasons left in this term. We're using System 3 minors with variable development and play 18 games per day.
Obviously the new owners don't want to play in a tanking and/or lottery league. There are no other restrictions that know of that they are interested in, but they probably wouldn't want to swap if you are at the end of your term.
