actually knuckles was part of the demise of the sonic series. Sonic was awesome, and it was sonic, and tails, then they added knuckles, and the game got to being OK, then they added like 20 other characters. now the game just sucks. of course the problem with it is that all you do is hold the up button the whole time. very boring.

knuckles was the last good character made by sega, but the problem with knuckles is that the game with him in it did so well, they thought more characters means more money, and now all their games suck.
