Doc Hunt will be out of the lineup for a week or two, after pulling his groin during the 3-0 in Brooklyn... Apparently, Oil Can Puzo found Hunt in the clubhouse looking at nude photos of Ms. Puzo and pulling his groin, so Oil Can beat the crap out of Doc...

Pigs Are Flying
The St. Louis Scapegoats have captured the first two games of a 3-game series at Brooklyn, pushing the Horns 'n Hoofs into a 2 game lead in the National League. Oil Can Puzo (3-2, 2.78 ERA), Mike Antonelli, and Hammer Schmidt (4 saves) combined for a 3-hit shutout in game 1, as the 'Goats rolled to a 3-0 win... In game 2, Rey Konuszewski picked up his 4th win (4-0, 3.08 ERA)) in 5 starts, allowing 3 runs in 8 innings of work. The proud Polack also helped himself at the plate, going 3 for 4, and scoring 2 runs... Jug Hart (2-0, 5.64 ERA) is expected to start on the hill for the 'Goats tonight at Ebbetts field, as St. Louis tries for the clean sweep.
