Though both franchises are still a few seasons away from competing again, that hasn't stopped PHI and CIN from breeding aces designed to incite the same kind of rivalry that Ralph Kelso and Hub Macfarlane shared. Mark Mahler and John Mcgrew came into the league in the same draft class, and are both OS21; Mcgrew started 5 overall better, but Mahler's rise in the minors has seen the gap grow to just 1 over the last couple seasons.
