Last years improbable NL MVP (41 HR, over 140 RBI, OPS over 1.000) has a .592 OPS this year... this has to be the biggest drop off I've ever seen.

To be fair, I have no clue how he did anything close to those numbers last year. He isn't that good...

Picciolo's stats last year definitely were a surprise and I don't expect the numbers to be duplicated, although the player could have a very good career.. In truth I was surprised that the player from MIL John Willard did not win the award in the first place, not to take away from Picciolo's great season
