Tough luck for Stroud. He is really showing his age this season after those declines. I once had an A+ reliever who had two seasons over 4 ERA and 1.5 WHIP and it is always tough to swallow so hang in there. I think Stroud still has time to rebound but I think his best pitching has come and gone at os35. Wins are just so tough to count on from green letter relievers, it takes a lot of luck and managers settings to get them big win totals and when they have a bad year, the L's really pile up.
