NL Championship drought may come to an end

For those of you that don't realize this, the NL has not had a champ since 1980! Yes, the last time that a national league team hoisted the world series trophy was 14 years ago, when the NY Red Sticks beat my dear Salseros in seven games. With St. Louis refusing to lose this post season, it looks like that will be coming to an end.

For the Catch, it was our first title in 15 years and 5th overall. This was my first ever SD league, so it's always special for me to win with this team.

Wow! That was unbelievable. St. Louis wins their first 7 postseason games, then loses the last four. Didn't see that coming at all! My offense was either red hot or ice cold the whole postseason. We only scored 4 runs in the first 3 WS games combined and then scored 33 runs in the last four games. Congrats to the other playoff teams on great seasons and great series'.For the Catch, it was our first title in 15 years and 5th overall.
