He is hitting .400, with a .489 OBA and a .761 SLG. He's hit 49 HR, has 117 RBI and 135 runs scored, with 28 games to go. He leads the league in HR, hits, Avg., SLG, and OBA. He's 2nd in RBI (1 behind the leader) and 2nd in runs scored (behind the guy he keeps driving in).
Earlier this week he had a game in which he got on base 7 times. He went 4-4 with 3 HR and 3 BB. He scored 4 runs and drove in 8. And despite having a strong resemblence to Cecil Fielder, he even managed to steal a base -- his first of the year.
I think I'm in love.

Just a shameless plug for my 1B Keith Loman to win the MVP in the Beta League.
