DET franchise

Hey everyone, I am a veteran simD owner and I will be chaperoning the DET franchise until a permanent owner is found. I will be available for trades and such, but my primary goal is to turn this team into a group that is attractive to a potential buyer so that they can be taken over by a real owner and purchased from the speed league replacements list. Thank you in advance for all of your trade offers and such.

I am also leaving this league due to limited time i have available, and I would like everyones opinion on making Detroit looking good by that I mean Miami and Detroit making trades so both teams look good.
I understand everyone hates an owner who trades, trades and trades, then leaves the league.
