The only bright spot will be if Eddie Aparicio can win the Fireman award which he deserves being 11 - 4, 41 saves 1 blown save, 2.74 era 1.27 whip compared to the guy presently winning Duke Watson who is only 7 - 5, 50 saves but also 6 blown saves 2.73 era, 1.12 whip. Duke has a worse winning percentage, a lot more blown saves but ABE only looks at how many saves and if you are a playoff team. I would take a closer with only 1 blown save all season and 11 wins any day over Duke.

I could not have asked for much more for my players to do to make the playoffs. As it stands now we are 105 - 55 but with 2 games to go and 3 back we are officially eliminated. My players did an admirable job playing at .650 win percentage. On the season all three teams played nearly even against the other two.
Seattle - 24-21 (12-9 vs Cle; 12-12 vs Chi)
Cleveland - 21-21 (9-12 vs Sea; 12-9 vs Chi)
Chicago - 21-24 (12-12 vs Sea; 9-12 vs Cle)
At the end of the season it still came down to the best teams playing the best team. I haven't had more fun in any season I've been in this league.

It really was a great run you put together. You just kept getting closer and closer as the year wore on, and by the end of August I thought I had a real good shot at sitting the playoffs out this year. To have three all three of Chicago, Seattle, and Cleveland go 8-2 or 9-1 down the stretch has truly made it exciting to watch each game.

yep you have a way better team then me but the sait are matching in to the post season my goal is to not get swept but the amazing team in front of me if you if we trade are rosters right now your roster could win the ws because in the playoff anything can happen well it ant over tell it over sorry NL I hope to rep you well in the Post seasonPages: 1
