I bought the Chicago Cubs a couple of days ago. My name is glenn. Are the team names suppose to be MLB names past and present?

I do believe you can change cities in the off-season.

Welcome to the league. The league rules state something about using past or historic team names. I'm not sure if you could take an AL team name with Chicago-NL, but the options you have now are: Cubs; Orphans; Colts; and White Stockings.I do believe you can change cities in the off-season.
