That's a really cool game Geoffrey, but I must be missing the significance of the title. Can you please enlighten me? Is it referring to another long game that happened? (Sim Dynasty or MLB?)

That was a helluva game. I don't recall hearing of one that went longer -- although there were some that were in the same neighborhood. That's one of those games you hope you watch unfold rather than hitting "Show All".

Geoffrey's link actually points to a 25 inning game. The longest SimDynasty game I know of was indeed 27 innings; a thread on it is at [url]http://www.simdynasty.com/oldforum-viewthread.jsp?tid=2033 [/url]. Sadly, the box score for that game was not preserved.
