Section reset buttons in Manager Preferences

Right now, you can reset your entire Manager Preferences to 'factory settings'. It'd be nice if each of the five sections (Pitchers, Rotation & Bullpen, Substitutions, Baserunning, Defense) had their own reset button. That way I could reset my Pitchers section without disturbing my Substitutions section.

To add on to this, being able to copy sections of preferences from other teams would be great as well.

This is a good idea. The football sim already acts this way, I should backport that to the baseball side.
