Criteria for nomination (to get us rolling...) was 10 all-star appearances. If you were good enough to be an all-star for a decade of your career and you are not currently in the HOF, you are listed below for consideration. Yes to all except Phil Deering. Other than the number of saves, I'm not sure his numbers warrant HoF inclusion. I just don't personally value saves that much.
