So, I drafted [url=http://www.simdynasty.com/player.jsp?id=10610291&statsorimps=stats=]this guy[/url] mid-second round, thought he wasn't likely to be a starter, had a chance to be a decent contact/speed reserve. So, let's train him at multiple positions- he's drafted as a 3b, let's try to make him a 2b as well... 3/70 ICs converted in one-and-a-half seasons!
Now he's 21, there isn't enough time to make him a utility infielder... hell, put him in LF, his arm is terrible but maybe he'll catch a fly ball every now and then.... 16/59 IC converted in half-a-season. That's just goofy.

His poor range was certainly a factor. I've seen worse anyways.

Oh, I get the poor range effect - I just think it's odd the 3b to 2b change was so much harder than the 3b to LF change.
Wherever he plays, he's going to be an absolute butcher with the glove.
