As usual here in the VPL, superb pennant races in both leagues to finish the season, still plenty to be decided.March 08, 2014 at 02:27AM View BBCode
The AL wildcard race will be fun to watch. Will the Smash finally miss the playoffs and fail to defend their title? Will they get in by the skin of their teeth and then run the table? Or will NY dust them off? Can't wait to see their end-of-season series. Then again, the Nattybohs have done everything possible to make sure that the AL Pennant, and World Series, run through Baltimore.March 08, 2014 at 03:00AM View BBCode
Some old tired legs here in Motor City.....Rocky IX old. Rumors of PEDs rampant for the stretch run.March 08, 2014 at 06:56PM View BBCode
causey nailed it; tuning in each day to watch the last three games has been exhilarating! Seven games to go and it's anybody's ballgame!March 10, 2014 at 08:21PM View formatted

Wow, what an ending. The Minions had to make a strong showing against both my LA team and Stl in order to make the playoffs, and they did it. Congrats to all the the playoff teams!March 10, 2014 at 10:18PM View BBCode
Man alive! Quite the finish in the NL! Hats off to the Minions for a remarkable sprint to the wire. Good luck to everybody in the playoffs!March 10, 2014 at 11:52PM View BBCode
Congrats to the Minions for the strong finish. The Sand Diego pitching smothered the St. Louis bats in the final series.March 11, 2014 at 01:08AM View BBCode
Congrats to MortonsFork and the Stars for outlasting everyone over there in the NL, and also congrats to Minions and the Minions for that historic charge, man that team is on a roll, that should be a very competitive NLCS. Also great seasons in LA and St. Louis, great job by piper108 and causey, a tough way to finish the season, unfortunately somebody had to finish out of it.March 11, 2014 at 09:13PM View BBCode
Two great, hard-fought LCS's. Congratulations to the 'Bohs and Minions! Balmer's domination and San Diego's finishing power: which will prevail?March 11, 2014 at 11:22PM View BBCode
Two outstanding championship series. Here's hoping for a similarly exciting World Series...and for Minions' Minions to break the AL's 9-year stranglehold on the title. (No offense, Bayside).March 11, 2014 at 11:52PM View BBCode
Not sure how the Boh's pulled it out, I thought the Smash had it again, man you have a tough team Bayside, always have to be on the top of my game to compete against you.Originally posted by causey

What a great ALCS!! Well....game 3 was hard to watch (One of those games where both managers are rooting for outs so everyone can just go home) but outside of that a great watch. Congrats to Beanballs - well deserved! Hopefully you can stretch the AL dominance to 10!!March 12, 2014 at 03:34AM View BBCode
Beanballs...apologies for my mis-type.March 12, 2014 at 11:06PM View BBCode
Congrats Beanballs!March 13, 2014 at 01:37AM View BBCode
Thanks guys, that was a tough Minions squad the Bohs beat, just like the stretch run and the LCS's, the World Series was a barnburner.March 13, 2014 at 04:56PM View BBCode
Kudos to the N-Boh's! Just took a look at their roster and they're still going to be old in 2011, so I expect them to be right in the thick of it once again.Pages: 1
