not mine, but damn...this guy led the league in AVG, HR, RBI, R, H, SLG, and OPS, some by gigantic margins. Just missed the OBP title. Also led the league in Games but who cares. anyone have an Octuple, or more? I had a 7-cat leader once, but HR and RBI weren't included...never had a Triple Crown winner myself.

Good Lord!
Those stats seem pretty bloated in his younger years (97-98) for where his skills were at, not many pitchers breaking 85 MPH in that league?

The problem with that guy is he doesn't get hit by enough pitches.

I think they're too busy laughing at him trying to steal bases to bother drilling him.

any time you OPS 1.1 for a season you've done ok for yourself.

in 2010 in the beta league, the Great Bill Little led the league in
runs
hits
doubles
hr
walks
ops
obp
slugging
batting average

(the code was crazy, Tyson was experimenting, but all the hitters used the same code, of course.)

He missed out on the OBP crown by .003 to this guy, .421 - .418.

I found a couple players from 1950's era teams:
Led 11 categories in 1953
Led 10 categories in 1956
This player led 9 categories in 2014

I had this one:

Not the most gaudy numbers, I always wondered where he would have been with decent health...

only 4 cats led... but he was 2nd in avg and obp to a teammate by a mere .001. highest rbi total in the league since 1952. shame for the C health

I'll call it 10, cuz the hell with Games, but damn, I didn't even see that.
I don't see why we should discount the '50s for something like this. Even though the totals are inflated, he still led everybody.
