First full development league, so any tips will be appreciated. Probably going to take things slow on the trade block until I get a handle on the talent levels in a full development league, but will consider all offers. Basically, just looking to be competitive and have some fun.

Talent level is the biggest difference between a full development league like this and some of the others. Talent level that would be an all-star lock elsewhere might be a middling bench player here.
My impression too is that even highly talented players seem to have widely varying success year to year. Not sure why. Maybe because there is such a high average talent level that minute changes in other teams can widely affect player performance.
