I've made a change in how advanced strategies work.
Up until now, you could not save a strategy with no play options. This means you couldn't set a strategy that just caused you to go for it on 4th down without also setting what you wanted to do when you went for it. But you may want to, say, set to always go for it on 4th with less than half a yard to go but use other rules to specify what to actually do.
You can now set a rule that has nothing other than your "Go for it" action. The first such action will apply, but if there are no other strategy options it will keep looking for a matching rule.
This will pave the way for allowing defensive formation changes based on the offense's formation, as this uses the same mechanism.
