Strange draft.

Seems like some positions there is a ton of choices like wide receiver and defensive tackles but other positions like defensive end and qb there are almost none. Strange.

I hope I can get one of those defensive linemen and receivers.
Half hour left for the draft, my expectations are as follow:
[b]1st round[/b]
I'm expecting to draft my 7th ranked player, although there's a chance I could get my 4th one.
My first three guys should be long gone by the time I pick:
Cobble
Dickinson
Robinson
[b]2nd round[/b]
If I managed to got my 4th guy, then 7th should still be available in the second.
Otherwise, my 8th or 10th player should be there.
[b]3rd round[/b]
8th should be long gone by now, but there's a slim chance that 9th is there.
Otherwise, I hope 10th or 12th are available.
[b]4th round[/b]
I'm targeting my 18th ranked player. If he's gone, then I'll have to take my 24th.
[b]5th round[/b]
I hope 24th is still there. In case he's not there, then I hope I can pick the 29th.
[b]6th round[/b]
If 29th is still there, he's the pick. Otherwise, I don't think there'll be another player that I care in this draft.

I don't expect anyone available this far.

And no surprises on my side, it went just as I expected :P
Yep, Perry for the D-Line, and Davis for the receiver corps (for some reason the Sim listed him as a CB, silly AFE).
Perry was my 7th ranked player and sure I got him.
The 4th guy was Banker, he went to Pittsburgh two spots earlier.
8th was Gaiters, stolen by Bucs 4 spots earlier. Damnit.
10th was Gale Davis, which I drafted, as expected.
Gaiters was long gone, and the slim chance was hoping that nobody drafted a Punter in the first 3 rounds... obviously that didn't happened and Leaf went to Phoenix in the first.
I'd already drafted Davis (10th), but sadly Boston won my 12th, Phil Phillips.
I had to go with my next targeted player, number 18th, TE Richard Caver.
Having already drafted 18th, I went and took my 24th, FB Milt Wilson.
Already drafted 24th, so I drafted 29th, Kicker Al Driver.
Yep, I ended up drafting unranked players in 6th and 7th.
Again, no surprises...
