Who would you draft?

I have the choice between these 2 players. I need a front 7 guy. Which would you draft? Where would you play them?

Trying to decide who would be more impactful and at what position.

Hands down I would go the Linebacker and put him at MLB, your team needs the DE aswell but if I was in charge of your team I would take the Linebacker.

I would take the DE and play him LDT in the 4-3 since he immediately becomes your best run stuffer and RDE in the nickel. I think it's easier to find guys that can play LB/DE than it is to find guys that can play DT/DE so between the 2 I'll take the D-Lineman every time.

Also that Kenny Metzelaars on your team would make a fantastic DE, I'd be playing him a lot more.

Or would you draft this guy first? I have a QB but he is 30yo. Insight anyone?
