Possible Bug -- Or Just a programming oddity

American Conference, West Division Standings: Breaking ties
Tied at standings order 3: OMA and NAS
Comparing by head-to-head record... still tied.
Comparing by division record...
OMA has a conference record of 4-2-0 (.667), moved to standings order 2
Omaha has a better conference record, so they move to position 2 in the West Division ahead of Nashville.
Draft Order: Breaking Ties
Tied at standings order 11: OMA and NAS
Comparing by head-to-head record... still tied.
Comparing by total net points...
NAS has -58 total net points, moved to standings order 10
Nashville has a better net point record so they move the seventh pick in the draft and Omaha gets 6th.
Now it seems to me that if Omaha finishes higher in the standings then they should not have a better draft pick. I am sure that this is an issue of two different tiebreakers that do not talk. Still, it seems counter intuitive.

I think this situation is possible in the NFL too. Any time different tiebreaking rules are applied for different things there is a chance that the two methods are going to go in different directions.
