Player Improvements

I didn't pay attention on that last seasons (on vacation) ...

Are the players getting improvements in playoffs weeks, even if they don't partecipate?
Are the players getting an extra improvements in offseason (especially young and rookie players) due to training camp?

Another thing: I've noticed that players POT didn't drop getting "older"; the program takes age into account while calculating improvements? Or POT should drop in years?

Players do not get improvements during the postseason. Potential never goes up or down There are no offseason improves.

I think there should be off-season IMP´s. Maybe even additional IMP´s for the experience of playing in big games.

I don't agree. Better teams (playing playoffs) will have an extra bonus.
This will unbalance the league more.

Well there should be at least offseason IMP's because players do train during the offseason in real life so why not make it more realistic by giving players a chance of improvement or decline during the offseason

If I add offseason improves, that means cutting back in-season improves by the same amount to keep everything in balance, basically deferring some of the improvements. It wouldn't add extra improvements.

But if there is (... and there is) an offseason drop back for aged players, that would balance the whole thing.

Unfortunately it wouldn't. It would increase the overall talent level of the younger players, which would affect every calculation in the game. Anything that adds improvements somewhere has to remove improvements in the same year for the same players somewhere else. I can't just make everyone's players better without throwing everything off kilter.
