I'd like to see ABE place the top 5 SP drafted in their starting positions and the top 5 RP in the bullpen. Let the owner make the decisions.
The RP draft is generally more aged than the SP so when ABE does this he takes options from the owner because the bullpen just got stuffed w/ OS 27+ players and he's stuck with them when ideally they should have been placed in the minor league.
Also, there should be no C+ endurance pitcher listed in the SP draft.

In trial leagues after the initial draft, ABE promotes C+ endurance RP's into starting roles and demotes SP with options.
