- CP Trades are NOT allowed
- Player name changes are allowed
- Skill grades will be displayed as numbers. You will see 1-100 instead of A+, A, A-, etc.
- 6 games per day
- After the Amateur Draft runs, the next season will start the next day.
- Amateur Draftees will appear at 11PM on the day the league reaches August 1st (was originally August 25th, and changed in league year 2045)
- Draft picks can be traded up to 3 seasons in advance.
- No hidden improvements
- Players will stay on the waiver wire for 7 sim days
- A playoff deadline of Sept 1st, players must be acquired before Sept 1st in order to be post-season eligible
- Only catchers can start at catcher.
- A team must carry 2 major league catchers.
- A player must be at least 50% at catcher as a secondary position to count or play as a catcher.
- Inactive teams will be replaced after 3 weeks of inactivity, without a refund unless they notify the league commish that they will be away

Here's what the wheel would look like in the FRL:
Teams would get a top 4 pick every 4 seasons, and back-to-back top 8 picks every 4 seasons. Team would pick in one of the following slots, and would pick in the slot to the right in each successive sim year, until after 16 seasons you would be right back to where you started.
1,16,9,8,4,13,12,5,2,15,10,7,3,14,11,6
Another way to look at it is in 4 year bundles that add up 34, every 2 seasons adding up to 17 (tournament style).
year 1 = pick #1
year 2 = pick #16
year 3 = pick #9
year 4 = pick #8
year 5 = pick #4
year 6 = pick #13
year 7 = pick #12
year 8 = pick #5
year 9 = pick #2
year 10 = pick #15
year 11 = pick #10
year 12 = pick #7
year 13 = pick #3
year 14 = pick #14
year 15 = pick #11
year 16 = pick #6

Starting in league year 2050, the FRL will be using the wheel draft for all future amateur drafts.
Here's what the wheel would look like in the FRL:
