Some good races going down to the wire!

Potato famine has struck the Irish. Without our sustanance staple, our batters are weakened and can't hit the ball out of the infield.

After 152 games BOS/TOR remain knotted for the wildcard spot. Basically a 10 game season to earn the right to try and upset a torrid Oakland team towering over the AL ranks.

Boston and Toronto are limping. We just kicked a couple of ankles on our road trip, taking 2 of 3. We finish with Toronto, I'd say we are going to stack the lineup to play spoiler but that would involve having players that could be considered stackable. We are just looking at negotiating contracts for this years draftees.

With Boston and Toronto going head to head, unless there is a sweep, one team will take a one game advantage into the final series vs. Oakland or Seattle.

After Toronto hosts Boston, Boston returns home to host Oakland and Toronto has to travel to Puget Sound to face the Fogging Seattle team.

A one game playoff may be needed to sort out this mess thereafter.
