Backup screens

Add starting lineup (w/ batting order) to the left side for display - will avoid having to constantly toggle back and forth between Lineup and Backup screens. Or, combine them somehow onto one page.

i'd love for these to be combined somehow. I hate having to have two screens open to do this properly.
