Having expiring contracts, free agency and a salary cap would be a benefit. I'm leaving the site because there is never a realistic chance to improve your team for many seasons. If a free agency system and contacts was standard, I would re consider.

there are several free agency leagues. the one i'm in, the AML has two teams available right now.
