I'm partial to quick rebuilds so prefer prospects age 20-22 with a B grade minimum, though I will consider all offers.
Draft picks are good, if they're at least a year out because I don't have room for additional prospects on my farm, unless your offer includes CPs.
We only had a 3-year window and never made the World Series, but I definitely prefer winning to losing, even if it's fruitless come October.

Anyone 30 and up will be available. Consider that some of these guys who are A- overall right now will slip to B+ --> but will still be AT THE TOP of that B+ grade and very useful for another season, at least, not to mention Mentoring value.
