I think they want you to nominate the ballot and they vote.

No everyone nominates players and then we vote. No one nominated therefore there is no vote.

We will have some nominees in the next couple of years for sure. We have really good players going to retire very shortly. It's good that we aren't nominating everyone and their mother. The Hall is for the best of the best. Not the above average players.
