Really odd: before this season, Bill Swoboda was 198-58 lifetime in 358 starts. His ERA is around 2.45 lifetime, he has five Cy Youngs, six All-Star appearances (three starts) and a WS ring to his resume.
Halfway though this season (18 starts), he has a 2.60 ERA, has given up 1.15 WHIP, and struck out 102 hitters in 121 1/3 innings... and his record is 2-3. 16 quality starts, and yet only five decisions.
