Top of 1st: Guy on 1st, 1 out. Carl hits into a 4-6-3 DP.
Bottom of 2nd: Runners on 2nd and 3rd, 2 outs. Carl drops a throw from the pitcher, allowing the first run of the game to score.
Top of 3rd: Tie game. Runners on 1st and 2nd, 1 out. Carl hits into DP #2, 1-6-3.
Top of 6th: I'm trailing 3-1. Carl leads off by grounding out to short.
Top of 7th: I'm trailing 4-2. Bases loaded, 1 out. Carl whiffs.
Top of 9th: All tied at 5. Guy on 1st, nobody out. Carl hits into DP #3, 5-4-3.
So, Carl went 0-5 with 3 DPs and 1 K. He also committed an error that led to an unearned run. Ouch.
Of course he's still hitting .312 on the year with a .380 OBA, a .615 SLG, and is on pace for 141 runs scored, 116 RBI and 46 HRs, so I'm not complaining.

Well just look on the bright side, at least he didn't cause an eror that caused the winning run in the ninth......or did he?:D:D
