Do any of you SimDynasty players compete in World Elite Soccer? Just curious if there's any crossover ...

I don't but I do play hattrick (if you have heard of that). What is World Elite Soccer to be exact?

Im in WES and I've got Le Mans (playing a huge game to decide promotion Saturday). World Elite Soccer is a simulation soccer game and to me the second best game on the net (behind this).

It sounds real similar to hattrick. HT is a online soccer sim that is played world wide and has like 10,000 teams just in the US, and I would guess it has over 100,000 world wide users (probably more). Anyways it is fairly cool but I don't pay a whole lot of attention to it (because it is too slow and I don't have a lot of extra internet time after SD) but it is pretty cool and the huge amount of people playing is cool, and it is free. I will check out WES, what is the website?

Just WorldEliteSoccer.com, it is also free but not nearly as many teams as HT sounds like it has.

I just checked it out I will probably get on the wait list but I doubt I will be able to convert from ht because I have played there for a year, and I will really be in trouble (homework wise) if I get involved with another sim

*edit* I would suggest you check out hattrick though I don't know if the game engine is a good as WES but it is a fun game overall. Plus there is not as long as a wait list because they just added a new division to the US (assuming you live in the US ;) )

I got so bored while I was on the wait list. Took like two months.

I edited my last post and misspelled like every word, awsome!

You are viewing the raw post code; this allows you to copy a message with BBCode formatting intact.
On average what is the wait?

When I signed up it was a week or 2 ( i don't really remeber) I think it will be sooner now because there are some computer run teams in D. VI.

I really couldn't tell you though.

I have Lingkoping in WES, but it looks like I'm getting relegated. WES is tough to figure out - even when you have a team full of good players, you still seem to lose more often than not. :puzzled:

I guess I have played you in a few friendlies then, you are right it is very hard and I have spent a lot of time on it.

I manage Shanghai. I've had them for just over one season now, and took them from the brink of relegation to the fourth division to promotion to the second.

I've not had much problem understanding the game, but maybe I'm just experiencing a bit of beginner's luck.

BTW, great team logo, Fidel!

If anyone's interested in setting up some friendlies among SimDynastyers, contact me on the WES boards. I'm anxious to get my reserve team some reliable competition in future.

AH! The biggest game I've ever had in wes and the games are delayed, anyway looking at the transactions you have made and looking at your team it looks as if you have put together a very nice team.

All I had to do was beat the last-place team in my division to secure at least a share of first place and, predictably, lost 2-3.

Oh, well, at least I've gained promotion!

I put together a strong team of players, but damned if they can score a goal. Blitzed 4th division last year, but the same team couldn't win a thing in the 3rd this year.
Shanghai, friendly offer is coming your way.

I signed up for the WES wait list this morning, however I'm #160 and #1 has been on the list over 2 months, so it may be a while before I get a team.

Just thought I'd give this a bump to see who is still (or newly) involved in WES. I've been managing Adelaide for 2 1/2 seasons now and I'm curious what other SDers are playing.

I now am the manager for Furth, I managed Le Mans for a while but I totally forgot about the site for a while and they got a new manager for Le Mans, so I got back on the list and have just started with Furth. Tonights matches decide whether I will be promoted to EN2 or will remain in EN3. The team is young so hopefully we can be good for a while.
