Could we get a Gold Glove award on the All Star page. Tysoks formula works good enough although it gives an advantage to players who bat at the top of the order. Anyways I think that would be cool.

It isn't perfect, but there really hasn't been any obvious problems that I've seen... it still seem to go to the guy that made fewer errors and played in more games.

It does give a slight advantage... it also gives glove work to people who basically only pinch hit. :)
