Boondock Saints, again I hear about this movie.
It kind of slipped under my radar, but I constantly hear about the movie. Why does this film have such a cult following? I saw a little of it, but I wasn't really too impressed. Did I miss something?

I saw just a little of Boondock Saints, William Defoe is in it right? Don't remember anything about it, just that I was very sleepy that night...
I know about 6 or 7 people who said that it's one of their favorite movies, a strange thing for a movie as unheralded as that one is.
Favorite TV shows (past and present)
MST3K
Conan O'Brien
The Simpsons
Buffy
Futurama
South Park
Spongebob Squarepants
PTI
Law and Order
Sifl and Ollie

The Smashing Pumpkins are the best band ever to grace a stage :) My opinion is biased, but I love my Pumpkins.

Ah, Unclescam, well chosen!
The Pumpkins ARE the best ever!
So much great music, they just don't get the respect that they deserve. Zwan was alright, but I still miss the Pumpkins:(
Favorite album?

Music- Thrice (avitar), Counting Crows, The Mars Volta, Iron Maiden, Outkast, At the Drive-In. Pumpkins are pretty darn good too.

Movies- I can't think right now but I can't wait for the Return of the King. That is going to be awsome.

TV- '24' sooooooooooo good. I never miss an episode. If aren't watching it you are missing the most exciting hour on TV. Also the Simpsons, Seinfeld, Daily show, Conan...

Food- Pizza lots of other stuff.

Book- I liked 1984, but I am just now reading Catch-22 (sad, I know) and I am loving it. Great stuff. It is already jumping to the top of the list.

Web site- whne you have 1900 something post at one site that pretty much awnsers it.

Teams- LA teams + Packers

I didn't really like Zwan(I don't like Billy trying to sing...his raw emotion is what I liked about him). My favorite album? Mellon Collie and the Infinate Saddness of course. Machina and Siamese Dream come at a distant second.
sycophantman

That's about what I think, Unclescam, Zwan had better backing melodies, but Billy never was the greatest singer in the world. Not quite cat stuck in a microwave, but nevertheless...
Mellon Collie was their crowning achievement, and Machina was very solid, and would have been better if they weeded out the weak numbers on the origional CD and added in the better songs off of the internet only Machina 2 (Let me give the world to you, cash car star, try try try(alternate))
But Adore... *sigh* what a letdown that was!

I like To Sheila, Ava Adore, and Tear. The rest of Adore I'm kinda iffy on myself. It was a pathetic follow up after MCIS, but you gotta remember when he made Adore the love of hisd life died in a car accident and his keyboardist died of a heroin overdose. Not a good time in his life, hence the slow sad album.

Can rap get you depressed, or even sad?
Whenever I hear it the only reaction I ever have is anger or excitability...;)
