Amateur Draft Change

I've changed one of the database queries in the Amateur Draft code. It is the query that cancels all outstanding trade offers which involve draft picks from that draft.

Please test this and let me know if it works.

I've also made an efficiency change to the Team stats page.

I offered a trade before the season ended with draft picks from St. Louis to Pitts. Now that the season has ended and it is done of the offseason improvements, the trade status is now marked as declined.
