oh oh i thought you said that they used 3 starting pitchers to start the 7 games. ok, how did they ever get in that position? they got all the advantages. the best hitting team of all time didnt hit.

I thought they went with 4-man rotation in the ALCS - Pettitte, Mussina, Clemens and Wells started the 1st 4 games.

yea game 7 clemens started, then mussina came in, then wells, then i think contreras, heredia, maybe nelson and then rivera. and happy maybe the reason the best hitting didnt hit wuz bcuz the yanks pitched good. ya ever think of that?
