yahoo is reporting lee's deal at 120 mil over 5 and an option for a 6th that would take it to 135 mil.

Both [url=http://www.philly.com/philly/sports/phillies/111984199.html?page=1&c=y]Philly.com[/url] and [url=http://twitter.com/jcrasnick/status/14693110051250176]Jerry Crasnick[/url] are reporting the deal as 5 years $120 million with a $12.5 million buyout or $27.5 million vesting based on 200 IP in 2015 or 400 IP in 2014- 15 combined which would make it 6 years $147.5.The Philly.com piece quotes Amaro jr. so I'm liking it for authenticity.

I had held out some slim hope that Greinke might end up in Toronto, Milwaukee looks pretty solid with Greinke, Gallardo and Marcum at the top of the rotation .

Actually AP contradict themselves, in [url=http://www.latimes.com/sports/nationworld/wire/sns-ap-bbn-phillies-lee-contract-details,0,5138612.story]this story[/url], LA Times from AP they state in the second paragraph that the deal could be worth $135 million over 6 years with the vesting option.
Then in the fourth paragraph they state, and I quote "There is an option for 2016 for $27.5 million with a $12.5 million buyout. For the option to become guaranteed, Lee must pitch 200 innings in 2015 or 400 innings combined in 2014 and 2015, and he also must not finish the 2015 season on the disabled list because of a left shoulder or elbow injury."
So with $120 million over 5 years and a $27.5 million option for 2016 if he meets the innings pitched that looks like $147.5 over 6 years or he gets bought out for $12.5 which would effectively make it $132.5 over 5 years as he would be a free agent in 2016 after the buyout.
