fair enough. i imagine you'd also have to adjust for current value though, and probably do some kind of comparison of average league contract at that time to do a truly fair study. at that point i thihk you might be surprised how close those lists are.
had you said that from the beginning i doubt any of this conversation would have taken place.

I agree overall he is a really good gm, his tenure in Boston was a success but he has a weakness which even he admits to. That's all.

Ok so coming from a big White Sox fan, this trade is awesome right now. I was excited the day he came over to the Sox and I'm still excited. Player of the Week and we are in first place. Williams is normally a huge douche bag, but this trade rules.
