Generally we intervene in SS Leagues when high-rated players are given away. We are considering coding this into the system (not to waive A players), but regardless, generally prevent good player from being dumped or thrown to contenders.

Phil Smith has been returned to his owner on the DL. He can always make a fair trade if he doesn't want him.
