Expansion Draft Change

I have a change where players who were previously on teams, but went undrafted in the Expansion draft, will go to Waivers instead of becoming free agents.

I'm going to test this next season by re-shuffling betauser and Bleedred's teams.

That makes sense to me.
It prevents them being grabbed by the first owner who checks the waiver wire.
