defensive replacements

i've noticed that the only time someone is substituted into the game is for a pitching change or to pinch hit for the pitcher. In the later innings of games if you are ahead or behind by alot you should be able to substitute in bench players so that your starters can rest and aviod injury

I have this to work on, as well as the logic for a blow out. Kind of a "Let's get the rookies in" kind of logic.
