Buying credits

Right now, it seems that once you have your team, you can't purchase credits except in the narrow window between seasons. There should always be an option to purchase credits in mid-season, just in case someone wants to stock up when they have extra cash on hand. Or is that interface already there and I just can't find it?

And while we're on the subject, it would be nice if there were an option in the profile to auto-renew as long as credits are in the account.

I'm doing some work on the signup screens to add an email verifier step in there. I'll try to work these in there as well. Good ideas.
