I want to start a Private League Next Season

I want to call it the Carlos Delgado League i'm just not sure how to set it up

Because of a problem with a past commissioner basically being MIA (Earl Yingling league) we no longer let just anybody start a private league. If you're interested, contact me with your qualifications and we can talk more. Thanks!

Private leagues cost $40 per owner, and run for a period of 10 months. its already been posted in a previous post: the commishoner currently doesnt have to pay anything.
