Anyway, we do have 3 of the teams filled already (see www.simdynasty.com/privateavailableold.jsp). So that leaves the CHA and MIL franchises. Since Milwaukee hasn't paid or messaged us asking for an extension I posted their team also.
Once we get the teams filled, we'll move all the expansion teams into the league, run the expansion draft the next day or two, then have an offday between the expansion and amateur drafts. Then the league will progress as normal.
